Policy for cancellations: 30 days before arrival there is no charge. From 30 days to 24 hours before arrival, 50% of the whole stay amount. In case of non appearance charge 100% of the whole stay amount.

The ELAIONAS STUDIOS are situated 2,5 km from Gytheio and 800m from the beach Selinitsa, built recently on a hill with nice view to Mani, the Laconic gulf and the mountains Taygetos and Parnon, even to the islands Elafonisos and Kythira. Elaionas Studios is the ideal place for accommodation in Gytheio and Mani, combining easy access to the sea and an amazing holiday environment.
